I’m speaking on Design for Creative Care at the new Healthcare Experience Design conference in Boston, April 11– I’d love to see some of you there. This is one of the first specialized conferences in this emerging field, so I highly recommend attending.  Amy Cueva and the crew at MadPow have done a fantastic job lining up top people for a day of engaging sessions, including other speakers from Design for Care.

CHI 2011

With a few other members of this community and supported by leading academics, we’re hosting a Special Interest Group on Designing for Whole Systems and Services in Healthcare at CHI 2011 (in Vancouver). This session is part of CHI's new communities, in the Health track. If you haven't been to CHI in a while, it can still be one of the best conferences going. I’ll have more on this on the site to follow –
